We participate in Zumba Fitness, Zumba Gold, and PiYo classes led by a highly qualified instructor. The classes are smaller than those you'd find at most gyms. Participants are fun and enthusiastic and span a wide range of age, fitness, and experience levels. Anyone interested in laughing, meeting nice people and getting fit should join us!
… We run on Sunday morning at 8:45 am and share the trails with other runners, dog walkers, bird watchers, clean up volunteers, cyclist and many more. The Faster You Run, The Faster You're Done, So Shake A Leg!
